Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹1198

  • For orders below ₹1198, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies

  • Bulk/wholesale orders may incur additional charges based on weight and location (calculated at checkout or shared over email for custom orders)

Estimated Delivery Time

We typically deliver within 4 to 7 business days depending on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other urban areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

How to Track Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/email once your order is shipped

  • You can track your order through our Order Tracking page or via the courier partner’s website

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Cholfree is packed using minimal, sustainable packaging to reduce environmental impact. We avoid plastic wherever possible.

Delivery Exceptions

We may not be able to deliver to:

  • Remote areas not served by courier partners

  • PO Box addresses

In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was already made.

For large orders or business inquiries:

  • Custom delivery timelines and shipping arrangements will be shared

  • Charges may vary based on quantity and destination
