At Cholfree, we deliver your heart-healthy products quickly and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our Cholfree shipping policy.
Delivery Charges
Enjoy free delivery on orders above ₹1198.
For orders below ₹1198, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
For bulk or wholesale orders, we calculate additional charges based on weight and location at checkout or communicate them via email for custom orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
We typically deliver within 4 to 7 business days depending on your location:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other urban areas: 5–7 business days
Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.
Order Processing Time
We process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
How to Track Your Order
We’ll send you a tracking ID via SMS or email after we ship your order.
You can track it using our Order Tracking page or on the courier partner’s website.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We pack every order using minimal, sustainable materials to reduce environmental impact. Wherever possible, we avoid plastic.
Delivery Exceptions
We currently do not deliver to:
Remote locations not served by courier services
PO Box addresses
If your address falls into one of these categories, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund if you’ve already made a payment.

For large or business orders:
We share custom shipping arrangements and timelines via email
Charges depend on the quantity and destination
