Our Return Promise
We gladly accept returns or replacements if:
You received a wrong item
The product arrived damaged or broken
The item is defective, leaking, or unusable
Time limit: You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Not all items are eligible for return under the Cholfree refund and return policy:
Opened, used, or tampered products
Return requests made after 3 days Otherwise, the refund request will be rejected.
Custom-made or bulk orders
Items with damaged packaging but intact product
How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps:

Include your Order ID, a brief explanation, and clear photos
We will review your request within 24 hours.
Schedule a reverse pickup
Or guide you for manual return
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Keep the invoice and packaging slip
Never send anything without approval—it may be rejected
Refund Options
After we inspect the returned item:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Funds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your bank details
Want a Replacement Instead?
If the item is in stock, we can send a replacement instead of issuing a refund.
Just let us know your preference during the return process.
If Reverse Pickup Isn’t Available
No worries! You can send the package to our warehouse:
We’ll reimburse your shipping charges with a valid receipt
Ensure safe packaging and use a reliable courier
