At Cholfree, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and replacements if:

You received a wrong item

The product arrived damaged or broken

The item is defective, leaking, or unusable
Time limit: Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
What Can’t Be Returned?
We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been used, opened, or tampered with

The return request is made after 3 days
-
It’s a custom-made or bulk order
-
The issue is only with outer packaging and the product is intact
How to Request a Return
It’s easy. Just follow these steps:

Send us an email at ccare@cecllp.in

Mention your Order ID, explain the issue, and attach photos

Our support team will review it and reply within 24–48 hours

If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for manual return
Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging

Keep the invoice and packaging slip safe

Do not send anything back without approval – it may be rejected
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will go to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your bank details for refund
Want a Replacement Instead?
If you’d prefer a replacement and the product is in stock, we’ll ship it out as soon as your return is approved.
If Reverse Pickup Isn’t Available
If pickup isn’t available in your area:

You may need to ship the item to our warehouse

We’ll reimburse shipping costs upon receiving a valid shipping receipt
